June 19-23: 5-Day Hostile Environments & Emergency First Aid – Tactical Casualty Care


Five-Day HEFAT Tactical Casualty Care class prepares trainees for high-risk hostile environments and includes advanced medical training for major trauma including combat casualties and terrorist attacks. The curriculum covers risk assessment & planning, situational awareness, improvised stretchers & carries, weapons & ballistics, travel security, basic digital hygiene, personal safety, sexual assault & hostile mobs, emotional self-care, ordnance & combat hazards, interrogations & captivity, checkpoints, IEDs & terrorist attacks. Trainers include combat medics and instructors in Tactical Combat Casualty Care.
